-        Developing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies and plans aligned with organizational objectives.

-        Crafting effective product and pricing strategies tailored to each distribution channel.

-        Designing seamless customer journeys and sales processes to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.

-        Creating efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and optimize performance.

-        Overseeing relevant project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful project completion.

-        Managing product launches and conducting sales training sessions to equip teams with necessary knowledge and skills.

-        Prioritizing projects effectively and managing them through to completion with precision.

-        Engaging in channel management activities to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

-        Conducting thorough monitoring and evaluation of strategies and initiatives to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-        1-3 years’ experience in Marketing or Product Management (Insurance Industry is preferred).

-        Skillful in MS power point and MS excel.

-        Moderate Level of presentation skill.

-        Effective working with cross-functional teams.

-        Fast Learner with Can Do attitude.
